“What I am is good enough, if I would only be it openly” - Carl Rogers

I believe counselling provides a space to work towards meaningful long-term change. But, sometimes you just need support getting through life’s hardest days. The skill I am most proud of developing through this work is the ability to sit with people during the most difficult times in their lives.

I offer counselling and psychotherapy for adults experiencing emotional difficulties, anxiety, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, or a desire to develop a deeper understanding of themselves.

My approach draws on psychodynamic, gestalt, and person-centred principles. This really just means that I am interested in exploring not only the difficulties you experience in the present, but also the underlying patterns, relationships and past experiences that may shape how you feel, think and relate to others.

About Me

My name is Bradly Molloy. I hold an Honours Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am accredited with the IACP and have over four years experience sitting with clients.

Beyond private work, I have experience working in addiction and family support services. I have supported people dealing with anxiety and stress, depression and depressive phases, relational issues, coping with life’s transitions, family relations and dynamics, and self-esteem, to name a few.

My experience has informed my understanding of the complexities of emotional distress, relationships and personal difficulties. I take an individualised approach to therapy, recognising that each person's experiences, circumstances and needs are different.
